Help convert Mp3 so i can upload it on youtube ^__^

I am using one true media to make a video since i cant download anything but it wont accept my mp3 that is a WAV file so can u help me convert it please so i can use it on there and on upload on youtube ^^

and also tell me how to do it without downloading anything

I think that you need to have a converter program on your computer to change the wav file into mp3.

Your file is a WAV file. I don't think converting it to MP3 will help -- Youtube requires you upload videos. You'll need to make a video slideshow or something like that.

Yeah i know youtube requires u to do videos so i am using onetruemedia but how can i convert the mp3 file so i can upload it on onetruemedia..it wont let me use the WAV file on onetruemedia D:

When you upload it to onetruemedia you can't find it ? Or you can't find where you downloaded it to ?
